# TÍTULO VII – Denuncias, Quejas y Reporte Disciplinario

#### Artículo 8. Tramitación de Denuncias

Toda persona podrá presentar quejas o denuncias por actuaciones indebidas de magistrados o funcionarios de la Corte, mediante escrito dirigido a:

* Sala Disciplinaria (si existe)
* Comisión de Ética Judicial
* Procuraduría General

El escrito debe incluir:

* Identificación del denunciante y denunciado
* Hechos concretos y fechas
* Pruebas anexas
* Firma o autenticación

#### Artículo 9. Procedimiento

1. Admisión de la denuncia
2. Investigación preliminar
3. Audiencia disciplinaria
4. Fallo de primera instancia
5. Revisión o apelación, si procede
