Los profesionales del derecho que litigan ante esta corporación deben:

* Presentar memoriales, demandas o recursos con **fundamentación clara, lógica y jurídica**.
* Respetar las **normas de decoro procesal y trato respetuoso** a la magistratura y a las partes.
* Acreditar la representación judicial mediante **poder debidamente otorgado**.
* Consultar jurisprudencia reciente del portal oficial de la Rama Judicial y acatar la **doctrina probable**.
* En recursos de casación, cumplir los requisitos del **art. 184 del Código de Procedimiento Penal** y demostrar **trascendencia jurídica o violación manifiesta de derechos fundamentales**.
