# Derechos Fundamentales Relevantes La Corte reconoce y protege los siguientes derechos en cada actuación: * Derecho al **recurso de apelación y casación penal** (arts. 29 y 250 C.P.). * Derecho al **habeas corpus** como garantía de libertad frente a detenciones arbitrarias (Ley 1095 de 2006). * Derecho al **juez natural**: ninguna persona será juzgada por autoridades ad hoc. * Derecho a la **no incriminación personal**, al **silencio**, y al **contradicción de pruebas**. * Derecho a una **justicia con enfoque diferencial, de género e interseccional**. La Corte también respeta la protección a grupos vulnerables como **pueblos indígenas, mujeres víctimas de violencia, personas privadas de libertad y población LGBTIQ+**, en concordancia con la jurisprudencia constitucional (Sent.
